when a wrong password is entered ,it shows up an error as authentication failed. but  it does not clear the password field for next attempt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter a wrong password while logging  in.
2.then u can see the authentication failure message.
3.but the password field is not cleard for another attempt

Actual Results:  
the password field is set to entered value (in selection)

Expected Results:  
the password field should be empty.

Where? Lock screen? or Login Screen? or somewhere else?

Having the password not-empty is (at least) in the screenlocker intended behavior.
