after update - kubuntu crash ksmserver not found or sth like that...dont know why :(

instll additional symbols impossible coz idr konqi cannot open the password verification window hence i cannot install debug symbols ...

A crash here can only mean there's something loading incompatiable library versions of things; it's a packaging problem. Please report to Kubuntu if it's not fixed already. Sorry

have just one more request :-) could you be so kind and guide me where in bugs.kde.org is the department for packaging and/or kubuntu ppl? or is it somewhere else --- maybe launchpad, but i dont know where in launchpad....
