Since updating to 0.9.98, kdiff3 randomly shows 0 files in directory comparisons. When this does work, attempts to open a file disables the window (menus go grey, everything ignores clicks; Qt event loop seems to be running fine in GDB). These issues make KDiff3 unusable for me. Reverting back to 0.9.97-r2* fixes both of them.
