Description Chintalagiri Shashank 2015-04-09 23:29:00 UTC
This occurs with the binaries in plasma-active-4-armv7hl-google-nexus7_2013-12-27_2.tar.gz , which is the latest available binary for plasma-active available. The device used is the Nexus 7 (2012) (grouper)

When configuring a Sending Account (Transport), the option of where to save a copy sent emails is unusable. It is set to a default of Local Folders : sent-emails, and does not allow any other save location.

With unstable software especially, and at that software meant to run on mobile devices (and therefore is probably not going to be the primary e-mail hub/client), this is a serious shortcoming. The sent e-mails _HAVE_ to be saved in the corresponding IMAP folder's sent emails folder - or atleast the option to do so must exist.

Gmail and Google Apps seem to handle this saving via the Google SMTP server itelf - when the SMTP is used, a copy is automatically saved in the Gmail accounts sent folder. This is not the case for various other providers, partiularly those used by businesses and institutions.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose new email
2. In the menu, Configure Transports, select the appropriate transport, and in Advanced try to change the save location for the transport.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens. No drop down menu or text editing capability.

Expected Results:
The option to choose a (subscribed) IMAP folder should be available.
