Description as 2015-03-31 16:04:49 UTC
Get GpgEx error message when encrypting a file or folder on second attempt. On first attempt all OK sometimes. This happened after updating to new GPP4WIN version 2.2.4. No issues before with version 2.2.3 when worked fine for both encrypting/decrypting. Now on second attempt Kleopatra loads instead and from there you can decrypt/encrypt but not with the tar window as before which was quicker. The GpgEX error message show up instead when closing the Kleopatra window box. Running Windows 8.1 OS.

Reproducible: Always

Same config (Windows 8.1 OS.), same bug. Same issue with Gpg4win 2.2.3 and 2.2.4.
Reproducible : Random : most of the time at first time, and always after 1st bug occurence.
Importance : Major (software unusable)

This bug may be linked to a bad integration within win64 context menu. I shall add that I run the 64 bit version of windows 8.1.
When the bug is triggered, a workaround is to invoke GpgEX through a win32 context menu with the freeware WOW64Menu. Kleopatra then normaly offers to encrypt the file.

Error message not there now when opening Kleopatra for file encryption as before.

However, now with version 2.2.4 no longer able to encrypt folders with files in them. Can only encrypt single files at a time even by selecting multiple at a time, compared to having files in a folder and encrypting/decrypting the folder as before.
