The 'Пасха' and 'Радуница' holidays in Belarus are defined according to orthodox calendar. So the 'pascha' keyword should be used instead of 'easter'  in file 'holiday_by_be'.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In calendar settings choose to show holidays in 'Belarus'
2. Look at 5th and 14th of April
3. Look at 12th and 21st of April

Actual Results:  
You will see that 'Пасха' is at 5th of April and 'Радуница' is at 14th of April.

Expected Results:  
'Пасха' is at 12th of April and 'Радуница' is at 21st of April.
