During a period of heavy system load (> 6) `konsole` starts to skip characters of input (which is already inacceptable even under heavy load - characters can appear delayed, of course, but mustn't be skipped) and stays in this state of refusal for ever after the system load has normalized (and swap cleared). New tabs work fine at the beginning, but symptoms start after ~50 characters both during heavy load and after.
Is this still an issue with KDE Frameworks 5.51 and Konsole 18.08.x? I don't think I've ever seen this even when Konsole is under very heavy load.
