Description sebafroh+bugs 2015-03-25 18:13:49 UTC
The Menubar is not shown by default. It can be restored by changing "MenuBar=Disabled" in marblerc to "MenuBar=Enabled". When Marble starts next time the Menubar is shown, but every changes in configuration that writes new marblerc, overwrites the option and sets it to Disabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try it under Plasma 5.2 and arch...

Actual Results:
Menubar ist lost by default and after every configuration change (including zooming the map...)

Expected Results:
Selection should be remembered or Marble should react by default shortcut strg+m like other KDE-Applikation with enabling it.

Problem can be fixed (not seen since...) disabling a GPS-Plugin:

Ignoring to load the following file since it doesn't look like a valid Marble plugin: "/usr/lib/kde4/plugins/marble/GpsdPositionProviderPlugin.so"

Maybe it helps...
