if when  opening the torrent add dialogue of ktorrent and group selecting torrent file there is file with the # character in its name the ktorrent says it cant find this file.
it give this error message
The file "1%23.torrent" could not be found
the file name is "1#.torrent"


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the open dialogue in ktorrent
2.select multiple torrent files that one of them has a '#' character in its name
3.

Actual Results:  
it give this error message
The file 1%23.torrent could not be found

Expected Results:  
it should open the file without error.

I've just tested this in Ktorrent 20.11.70 and cannot reproduce, can you please confirm if this is still an issue, thanks.
