I'm running a development version that I compiled from the latest repository. This ktorrent treated a download as complete and did the check processing requested. The problem is that the torrent is 99.57% complete.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  
Completed torrents are checked for completeness as requested and the torrent is stopped

Somewhere in the testing for completed torrents, the code is in error. This download went through completed torrent processing but was listed by the ktorrent client as 99.57% complete. Perhaps a rounding error of some kind? the download is 7.19GiB. I restarted the download from 99.57% and it's now completed.
