In some applications, the window title is not displayed properly as it can be seen in attached screenshot.

Some applications that are affected by this issue:
Dolphin
Konsole
Spyder
KSysGuard (System Monitor)
Kate
Libre Office Writer
Okular

Some applications that are not affected by this issue (probably accidentally due to text in the title):
Firefox
Amarok
Kdevelop

Window title is always displayed same, regardless of restarting application or maximize state. Title is wrongly displayed even in "preview" in Windows Decorations settings (in System Settings).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several randomly selected windows/applications
2. Check the last letter of window title

Actual Results:  
On some windows, last letter of title is not displayed correctly.
