Description Luke Swart 2015-03-16 21:32:57 UTC
I show the form fields, fill out the form, but the text is hidden when I hide the form fields. Exporting and printing omits the form fields as well.

Here is the creator:
Acrobat PDFMaker 10.1 for Word
And the producer:
Mac OS X 10.10.1 Quartz PDFContext

Reproducible: Didn't try

This bug is serious because is causes me to lose all my form data. I spend lots of time flling out the form, but I cannot save or export the form fields.

Cannot fill out forms on this file

Cannot fill out forms on this file. I think the text is hidden or clear, because the text is viewable in Evince when I highlight the form field. Otherwise, Okular doesn't seem to show the text after the form fields or hidden, or export it in any way that is visual.

What do you mean by "poppler"? I am on Ubuntu 14.04, and I have the following "popplerish" packages:

libpoppler44:
  Installed: 0.24.5-2ubuntu4.2
  Candidate: 0.24.5-2ubuntu4.2
poppler-data:
  Installed: 0.4.6-4
  Candidate: 0.4.6-4
poppler-dbg:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.24.5-2ubuntu4.2
poppler-utils:
  Installed: 0.24.5-2ubuntu4.2
  Candidate: 0.24.5-2ubuntu4.2

Okular
Version 0.19.3
Using KDE Development Platform 4.13.3

Let me know if I can provide more info. Any explanation or advice regarding poppler would be helpful.

You atached the document with all your data filled in, is the original empty document somewhere?

Yeah, probably a bug somewhere in poppler, needs investigation
