I got 2 kded5 process running on my system. One runs as user sddm and the other as my user.

From the looks of it, 2b1a48742876a5fb548a71e7a6a52717dcb55ada in plasma-framework fixed this one. At least sddm user has now the following processes:

It shows Fully charged - i shall believe it =)
