Theme tab

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download latest KCI (see https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/plasma-devel/2015-March/039840.html)
2. Open Systemsettings
3. Startup & Shutdown
4.  Login Screen

Actual Result:
Neither tab Theme nor Advanced fit horizontally in systemsettings although there is enough space

Expected Result:
No horizontal scrollbar.

Fixed somewhere along the way; no longer an issue today.
