If I click ALT+F2 the open System Monitor, the command window (The rectangle at the top) remains appearing at all desktops as shown in Bug1.png. If I close System Monitor, I get error as shown in Bug2.png.
If I open it from start, the whole start lags as shown in Bug3.png, After closing it, I get the same error as shown in Bug4.png


Reproducible: Always




I use Kubuntu 15.04 Beta 1.
