kmix assumes volume range 1:100 for oss mixer instead of 0:100. The bug was originally reported for FreeBSD ports: https://bugs.freebsd.org/184996

It's possible that the patch gets reviewed more quickly and by more people if you send it via ReviewBoard instead.
