Description Sudhir Khanger 2015-02-22 10:30:55 UTC
If I add folders to Places in certain order and after I restart Dolphin the order changes randomly. This only happens first time you add an item to the Places. It doesn't change after you restart and reset the order according to your wish.

Please see the attached screencast.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a clean install of KDE/system
2. Add items to the Places panel
3. Restart Dolphin

Actual Results:
Order of items in Places changes

Expected Results:
Order of items in Places should stick

Both Kubuntu 14.04 and Fedora 21 which has latest KDE iteration 4.x and 5.x series suffer from this problem.
