Running this: commit c5a84fe4124101202d3b32ac1dd546d4a9b55cb1 Author: Tobias Leupold <tobias.leupold@web.de> Date: Sun Feb 15 10:05:58 2015 +0100 INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR: Start KPA (with clean kphotoalbumrc regarding to privacy mode) View thumbnails Select X photos 'limit view to selected' Select all 'hide current set of images' (my translation..) Activate privacy mode -> ALL images are hidden. This is the entry in kphotoalbumrc: [Privacy Settings - /home/rhk/Datat/photos/] categories= description= exclude=true label= locked=true CORRECT BEHAVIOUR: Start KPA (with clean kphotoalbumrc regarding to privacy mode) Keywords -> select a keyword Select all 'hide current set of images' (my translation..) Activate privacy mode -> Only the images with this one keyword are hidden. This is the entry in kphotoalbumrc: [Privacy Settings - /home/rhk/Datat/photos/] Keywords=Astia categories=Keywords description= exclude=true label= locked=true Not sure if something was changed, but based on this I see that it's not possible to pick any images to be hidden but only a specific tag. And a 'security issue': Show images and videos not on disk -> I can see also hidden images Show images and videos with incorrect dates -> I can see also hidden images
Hi Risto, I couldn't reproduce this here (neither with my real, nor with my demo db). Here are the steps I tried using the demo DB: 1. Browse to «Keywords» -> «fun» 2. Press Ctrl-A to select both images 3. Select «View | Privacy... | Lock away current set of items» 4. Select «View | Privacy... | Lock images» Result: The two images tagged with "fun" are no longer visible when I press «Home» -> «Show thumbnails», but the other 23 images are shown.
