Using plasma shell 5, even a light press on the PrtSc key will start opening half a dozen ksnapshot instances. While it's awesome how fast ksnapshot starts in plasma shell 5, the autorepeat for the global shortcut to start ksnapshot should probably be turned off.

No longer an issue with spectacle. At least, I am no longer able to reproduce.
