Steps to Reproduce:
1. Draw something on a layer
2. Add a transform mask to this layer
3. In the transform tool option select cage, draw and edit cage
4. Toggle the transform visibility mask layer off
5. Turn it back on and try to edit the same cage you previously created

at this point the previously drawn cage does not reappear, instead it behaves as if you are creating a new cage.
