Carnival holiday, as shown in Digital Clock for Uruguay, is shifted by one day .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable Uruguay Hollidays' in Digital Clock Calendar.
2. Verify when Carnival occurs.
3. You will see it is scheduled to Tuesday and Wednesday.

Actual Results:  
Carnival for Uruguay is displayed as occuring on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Expected Results:  
Carnival Holiday for Uruguay should be on Monday and Tuesday.
