When navigating to a samba share with dolphin, and then opening up video files, kde tries to just give an "mrl" to whatever application is being opened which they can never handle, instead of letting them stream.

Actual Results:  
most videos never play correctly. VLC says it can't open the mrl, kaffeine gives a similar error, etc

Expected Results:  
for it to treat it as a mounted volume so that applications can stream video files normally.
