I just noticed that kded5 process is cconstantly using 12% of my CPU (100% of 1 core).

I didn't noticed before because it wasn't making anything else slow because of my CPU, but I'm guessing such a bug could be making KDE5 unusable on a machine with 1 or 2 cores.
