Description Kevin Funk 2015-01-28 09:49:14 UTC
It just took me 15 minutes of googling to a) figure out that KMix actually *supports* moving an audio stream to another device and b) how to do that. Right-clicking on a progress bar is highly unintuitive, IMO.

I'd suggest adding another icon/button beside the "Mute Volume" icon, which opens exactly this context menu (containing options: "Split Channels", "Move to")

Also see the way pavucontrol presents it maybe: http://community.linuxmint.com/img/screenshots/pavucontrol.png

Reproducible: Always

I second this. I found it very unintuative.

plasma-pa is the official successor to K-Mix, it offers this feature already:

Simply drag the application icon and drop it on the desired output stream.

Hope this helps, can we close?

Looks good to me.
