Description audric 2015-01-28 03:20:14 UTC
hello.

Using Slack (IRC gateway obviously) with Konversation 1.4 on Debian Wheezy, i get messages like these a lot:

[01/28/15 02:20] *** ryan gives ryan permission to talk.
[01/28/15 02:20] *** james gives james permission to talk.
[01/28/15 02:20] *** You give yourself permission to talk.
[01/28/15 02:20] *** tome gives tome permission to talk.
[01/28/15 02:20] *** You give yourself permission to talk.
[01/28/15 02:20] *** Channel modes: no messages from outside, topic protection
[01/28/15 02:20] *** This channel was created on 01/28/15 02:18 AM.
[01/28/15 02:29] *** shawn gives shawn permission to talk.
[01/28/15 03:01] *** utamaro gives utamaro permission to talk.
[01/28/15 03:05] *** tome takes the permission to talk from tome.
[01/28/15 03:08] *** tome gives tome permission to talk.

Its unecessary info (imo) at least that frequent and its annoying and takes space. Ive already spoken to Eike Hein regarding this matter (thank you again for your support) and its not a problem on my end. And there is no option to disable these highlights. I wish this feature/option to be added, please.

Thank you very much in advance

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. connect to a slack
2. join a room
3. nothing specific. I believe its safe to say this is trigerred by the users mentionned in the highlights.

Actual Results:
highlights flooding

Expected Results:
have an option to filter them, as they are a bit unecessary
