We should be able to flow text around the contour of an SVG shape, not just the bounding rect.

This was originally reported in bug #335784.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a vector image shape.
2. Move it so that it is over some text.

Actual Results:  
The text runs around the bounding rect of the SVG, not the contour.

Expected Results:  
Text should run around the contour of the SVG.
