Using --reverse option with plasmashell doesn't reverse this widget, Looks like it's a widget bug. The whole widget should be flipped.

Is that the popup widget (the notification history) or the floating bubble notification?
The popup widget, This one: http://dot.kde.org/sites/dot.kde.org/files/plasma2tp-jobs-simple.png I'm not sure of the bubble notification, I'll check it and tell you.
I checked the bubble widget and, yes, it should be mirrored also. As well as moving it to the left edge rather than the right edge.
