I have prepared data files for training to type with Latvian Modern keyboard layout: http://odo.lv/Training/LatvianKeyboard
Unfortunatelly these files don't work for the recent Ktouch version. Can you convert and include them in the recent Ktouch version?

With help from Reinis I generated proper keyboard layout and  course files and preared diff file.
Please apply this to your project

On Version 19.12.3 there are no configuration entry for Latvian language.
