Description Florian Gross 2015-01-18 19:34:07 UTC
When cropping a raw image e.g. .cr2 or .arw there appears a black beam on the right, sometimes very narrow, sometimes bigger which is also saved in the image.
Rarely i get colored beam like http://grossing.org/temp/IMG_8249_neu.png
Sometimes it could help to revert the last action, mark new and crop again to fix the problem but mostly not.
The effect appears every time when showfoto is fresh started and mostly if it's running a few minutes.

Tested versions 4.4.0 and 4.6.0

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start showfoto
2. load a raw image e.g. http://grossing.org/temp/IMG_8249.CR2
3. mark a square and ctrl-x to crop

Actual Results:
there appears a black beam on the right of the image

Expected Results:
there should be NO black (or colored beam)

Not reproducible here.

Which libraw you use. Here 0.16.0.

Go to Help/Components Info dialog for details.

LibRaw 0.15.3 is really old. I recommend to update to last stable 0.16.0.

libkdcraw need to be updated too...
