The cursor image becomes cursor-help and can't be undone.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open System settings and click the help button from the decoration.
2. move mouse to the desktop.

Changed cursor theme and relogin doesn't happen anymore...

Open "Desktop Settings", go to Mouse actions and click the about icon. In the About dialog that appears click Help and the exit (the decoration butons).

I think this is kdecoration bug that it does not change mouse pointer when closing window. This seems to happen for all window that "Whats this" button, reassigning
