Description Ben Soares 2001-10-30 16:07:43 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: kmail
Version: KMail 1.3.1 (Using KDE 2.2.1-1) (using KDE 2.2.1 )
Severity: wishlist
Installed from: RedHat RPMs
Compiler: Not Specified
OS: Not Specified
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

I have a dual-head setup (not xinerama) and have KMail permanently open in the right hand monitor (DISPLAY=:0.1) which
I consider my "secondary" monitor.

Whem composing emails I would really love to be able to compose them in my primary monitor (DISPLAY=:0.0). Even
trying

kmail --composer -display :0.0

opens the composer window on the same
DISPLAY as the main kmail window.

Any chance of configuring a different
DISPLAY for composer windows?

Keep up the good work!

Ben Soares
