when I click on the k3b icon the splash screen comes on the desktop, although black, for a couple of seconds and disappears. The program does not start.
The version that I am using is K3B 2.0.2 that comes with the Ubuntu software packages.
Could you please try to start k3b from the Konsole and check the error message?
