Description philippe.quaglia 2015-01-10 09:21:45 UTC
Every time we enter the image/geolocalisation menu, the map is at minimum zoom. It would be more usefull if the map may stay at the last zoom level used and at the last location used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the image/geolocalisation menu
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The map is at minimum zoom, the whole planisphere is displayed

Expected Results:
Map at the last position and zoom level used

It is the same here, but it actually depends on the map provider selection.
For Google maps, it remembers the last zoom.
For Open maps, it is always zoomed out completely.

Hello, it is not fixed in the 5.7.0 version currently released, at least with the version I'm using (appimage package for Linux 64).

I mean with current version the git/master branch. This problem is thus fixed in digiKam-5.8.0.
