When KDevelop tries to autosave files, it can not do this. In the message shown the file url is incorrectly formed, it starts with "file:file:/". Steps to reproduce: 1. Open KDevelop with any session. 2. Modify a few files. 3. Close KDevelop window, reply "Yes" about saving the files.
I cannot reproduce, please tell us more about your setup (Qt version, KF5 version, is this really Git master?). What I did: I edited two files, then closed the session. KDevelop displayed the unsaved files just fine in the dialog ("/home/foo/..."). Clicking yes successfully saves the contents.
Can reproduce it time to time, and also observe in Kile messages that it can not perform autosave. Perhaps these two are related and maybe this is a bug in ktexteditor. Will debug Kile where this happens regulary and see.
Eugene, any update?
No, sorry. I do remember that these messages were appearing, but ca not be sure how recently that was. Can not confirm them right now since I can not work with KDevelop anymore because of bugs 344088 and 341580.
