I am using okular version 1.0.0 using KDE Frameworks 5.6.0 on KaOS-kf5 build

Nothing happens when clicking on any of the sub-menu items under View->View Mode. 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any PDF file
2. Select Menu::View::View Mode::Facing Pages
3. 

Actual Results:  
View Mode remains Single Page

Expected Results:  
View Mode should change to the one selected

All sub-menu items under View->View Mode seem to child menus but with no further options to select.

There is no Okular based on Frameworks right now. The code is in alpha state and not suited for end users at this time. An KF5-based version of Okular is expected to be released with KDE Applications 15.08, so around August. If you want to help with the development, you can use the snapshot from git master (kdelibs4-based).

Now that Okular is closing in on 15.08 release, it seems this bug is still present in the version (15.07.70) I am using. (Distro KaOS)

Since this bug report has been marked as "Resolved Invalid", should I
- open a new bug report bug report
- or, just reopen this one
- or, wait until 15.08 and then file a bug report if this bug is still present.
