In configure Yakuake Appearance "Install Skin" or "Get New Skins" both not working

The problem seems to be, that the list of skins in the configuration dialogue is not populated with the skins installed in ~/.local/share/yakuake/kns_skins

I can install skins via GHNS just fine:
- they're shown as installed in the GHNS dialog
- they're extracted into ~/.local/share/yakuake/kns_skins
- they're _NOT_ shown in the "Skin" selection list in the Yakuake configuration dialogue

The skin stuff is simply not ported.

I totally missed this bug-report.
There were two patches in the past weeks:
