I did update digikam van 4.4 to 4.6.
Then rerun the face detection of around 700 photos with run well for a while.
In the meantime I also manual tagged and untagged some photos in the people screen.
This was not good. Queue to write items to the disk build up and it crashed.

It did broke some picture which I fixed with restoring the backup.

And now it keeps crashing almost direct when started.
