When scrolling down in a pdf document, streaks appear in the document, as if the page was not refreshed properly. The issue was originally reported in https://trac.macports.org/ticket/45910, where a screen capture of the issue is also given. I noticed that the rendering problem can be corrected by unzooming/zooming, pointing to a refreshing problem. It also seems that the problem specially occurs when using scrolling with the trackpad, but not with an external mouse. This was primarily tested with version 0.19.3 (KDE 4.13.3), but the problem is also present in KDE 4.14.3 according to my tests. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open PDF document 2. Scroll down with trackpad Actual Results: Streaks appear in the document Expected Results: The pdf should render properly

You'll have to find someone with a mac to have a look.
Devs, is this supported anymore? I'm having a hard time finding a Mac download.
I'm going to mark this unmaintained. Please reopen if I am mistaken on Mac support.
Hard time to find != unmaintained; it just needs some attention from people working on the Mac port.
Right. Which is what I asked about, since I cannot find any way to use Okular on a Mac. Is it, or is it not being worked on any more? It would be nice if my question was answered instead.
There are package managers on Mac that allow the install of KDE software; I personally use Macports. Then, 3-4 years later, the issue is less relevant as Okular on KDE4 is quite outdated. I do not know the behaviour on KF5.
