Description Grósz Dániel 2014-11-27 22:34:08 UTC
Lately I often have to ask KMail twice to get my mail checked. (Not sure if KMail or Akonadi bug.)
First time I click on the Check mail button, in the bottom right corner progress bars appear for each of my accounts; they show 100% each, then disappear after a second without actually getting my new mail.

If I click a second time, it usually actually checks all my folders (seen at the progress bars), and gets my new mail.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Are these all IMAP or POP accounts, or both, or which types?
Comment 2 Grósz Dániel 2014-11-27 23:33:18 UTC
IMAP all.

(Btw sorry if this is a duplicate, I couldn't think up good search terms for it.)

This bug has only been reported for versions older than KDEPIM 4.14 (at most akonadi-1.3). Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a recent version of akonadi (part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
