Description DrSlony 2014-11-17 15:44:31 UTC
There seems to be no way to show only files of a specific extension, e.g. only PEF files.
There is a "MIME Type Filter", but the choices there are not really MIME types. "Audio files" is not a MIME type identifier.
This is a request for a way to show only files of a specific extension, a real MIME type filter, where I can write e.g. image/x-pentax-pef, or some other, more user-friendly way. Maybe the "Text Filter" could be used for this, if it was possible to type in "\.pef^" or ".pef" to show only files whose filenames end in ".pef".

Reproducible: Always

I'm closing this as the text filter in 4.6.0 has been fixed so need to implement this. I confirm that it works correctly, thank you for fixing it.
