Using K3B 2.0.2 on debian Jessie (I'm up to date as of today). 1/ I insert an audio CD, it is properly recognized by K3B 2/ I click on Tools -> Rip Audio CD 3/ Nothing happens !!! Now If i do : 2/ Click on Start Ripping (top left on the audio tracks part of the main screen) 3/ The audio cd rip dialog appears (which si what I expected). So If I understand correctly, when I insert a audio CD, K3B sets iteself on the audio CD ripping directly. Somehow I didn't see the "Start audio ripping" button. What is misleading is that Tools -> Rip audio CD didn't do anything. I'd expected it to show me the rip audio cd dialog... Ack on fresh install and up to date Kubuntu 16.04 LTS. Two years later. Almost as bad as Kmail not being able to make IMAP folders. Still. After the same time. At least that one had some acks, so adding mine here for this bug in the vein hope any one at KDE cares and has the time. Maybe they are all busy redesigning the icons again ?
