Entering into System Settings->Power management you will get an error message about power management service not running. I checked the status of power management service inside System Settings->Background serices and it is running. this one is probably fixed with commit ee9e92ff4e555252742326124cd7a5d3b574a27c in kauth. check the path in /usr/share/dbus-1/system-services/org.kde.powerdevil.backlighthelper.service

Maybe something else is broken...
