1. clone emerge
2. kdeenv.bat
3. emerge kdevelop

Actual Results:  
failure on frameworks knewstuff

Expected Results:  
build kdevelop successfully after building dependencies

it looks like a library that it needs isn't being linked ,and that there may be some errors in something related to dllimport functions
