The TODO file (https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdeedu/marble/repository/revisions/master/entry/TODO) points to http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4 but This page doesn't exist any longer.

Thanks for reporting. I'll delete that file, there's no point in having it around when it's not updated regularly. History tells it is not :)
