gwenview shows video, like low resolution. i mean video pixels not smooth and cpu usage high.  Same every phonon backend.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open gvenwiev
2.click low resolation video 720x480
3.watch frame pixels 

Actual Results:  
video pixels not blur or like very low resolation video  

Expected Results:  
video plays normaly 

same

Can't reproduce with Gwenview 17.11.70 on KDE Neon.
