Tabs in konsole disappear if you use keyboard shortcut to move reorder the tabs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new konsole instance
2. ctrl+shit+t to open another tab
3. ctrl+shift+t to open another tab. so now there are 3 tabs
4. Now try to move the last tab to the first tab position with keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+left arrow to move the tab left


Actual Results:  
the tab disappears and the same thing happens if you move the tab right with shortcut ctrl+shift+right arrow

Expected Results:  
tabs ui should update correctly

daily builds of kubuntu kf5 project neon packages with frameworks 5.3.0 and konsole 2.99.900
