After the update of the QT5 Repo to 5.4rc I'm seeing the same errors.

I've tried using KDM and SDDM, but the same for both: Could not start ksmserver. Check your installation.

Thanks for the reports; however we need more information.

Can you try starting for instance kcminit_startup from a terminal? Does it crash? In that case can you try to get a backtrace, from drkonqi or gdb?
