Sometimes you need to run queue with saved workflow only for one photograph. To do it right now you need to: 1. add  selected image to new queue 2. switch to BQM window 3. select workflow 4. run queue 5. close BQM window

I suggest to add into Album View for selected image option to right-click  popup menu "BQM -> Run inside the queue with NAME_OF_WORKFLOW"
