Do not turn off the laptop after pressing the button "Turn Off". First, a black screen appears, then the logo "Kubuntu" in loop and all. Does not turn off until the battery on the laptop is not discharged.

This seems like an issue in your distribution. Given the Kubuntu screen appears, it means the Plasma session has exited properly. Please report this issue to your distribution. Thank you!
