Using the Neon 5 live USB (released on Fri, 29 Aug 2014) - if you add a 'Folder' widget to the taskbar, right click on it and select 'Folder Settings' from the menu then you get a paged dialogue with 4 pages. Of these 4 pages only the 'Icons' page needs a vertical scrollbar, if you click on one of the other 3 pages then scrollbars don't appear (as you would expect them not to - they're not needed). The problem is that if you click on the 'Icons' page the vertical scrollbar appears, that is correct for that page but if you then click on one of the pages that should not have a scrollbar, the vertical scrollbar from the 'Icons' page remains visible when it should no longer be there, but obviously has no effect.
This also happens when accessing the 'Folder Settings' from a Folder widget placed on the desktop.
This looks like fallout from the change that embedded config pages into a scrollview, we saw other odd behavior. I think it might be sorted for 5.1 ... Marco? (I forgot who did the work.)
